ESI Group was established in the year 1996, with its principal aim of regreening and rewilding Nature for growth, enhancing companies and clients’ ability to embrace the simultaneous arrival of megatrends, in particular Sustainability, Net-Zero Pathway, Technology and the New Economy. We aim to mainstream Nature-Based and Science Based Solutions to address planetary challenges. A whole-system approach shall guide companies towards a Nature-Climate Positive operation and future-proofing growth.

Our services shall be guided by upholding Environmentally Responsible Professional and Citizenry characters in achieving sustainable and innovative solutions for our clients. In addition to Nature and Science Based Solutions, best environmental management and sustainability practices shall be deployed together with emerging Digital and AI Technologies. We are aware that unless the services are based on a whole-system approach, we will only encourage the business as usual and piecemeal approach and this can tantamount to wasteful and cost-ineffective practices, inter alia, malpractices, maladaptation and bottlenecking of both the issues and solutions.

ESI initial focuses were primarily on safety and environmental related services, but in concomitant with myriad megatrends in particular that of sustainability and net-zero challenges faced by businesses, we have expanded our services to include sustainability, SDGs, ecosystem services and carbon accounting/assessment and reporting, green and smart development, renewable energy and energy efficiency and ESG for sustainable businesses and their resiliency.

ESI believes that the most effective ingredient to achieve a sustainable and resilient business orientation is to have a clear conscience to act correctly with predetermined core values, most critical of which is a commitment to strong moral and ethical conviction to acknowledge that real and fast actions are needed to address planetary calamities and the many challenges of the 21st Century.

ESI has recently established two subsidiary companies for a renewed approach to environmental, sustainability, Net-Zero and AI education and training. Via these educational and training platforms, we hope to help businesses to acquire the necessary knowledge for a smooth transition to a Nature-Climate Positive future. Similarly, transitioning to a Net-Zero or carbon neutral business requires rethinking, reskilling and upskilling of human capital, concomitantly incorporating emerging nature, science and digital knowledge to address obstacles and problems. Indeed, it is also our succinct goal to empower the business community to make the necessary transformation and adaptation in their sustainability, ESG and GHG emissions reduction practices and to enhance quality interactions and dialogue amongst the stakeholders.
